Will your 3D roof accessories work with my existing cross bars or rails?
3D's Outdoor accessories are universal and come with universal brackets to fit almost any cross bar on the market.
3D Canada, limited Warranty guarantees 3D products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of three (3) year after retail purchase directly from us.
This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear, operation, willful abuse, or modification. Warranty does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable.
If a 3D Canada product is suspected to be defective, contact customer service at rma@3dmats.ca along with a photo and proof of purchase for warranty claims. All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the carton being returned. The entire product must be returned, not just suspected defective part(s), shipped freight prepaid (unless otherwise specified). 3D Canada reserves the right to repair or replace the product.
Credit will be issued upon inspection and acceptance of defective goods. Customer Service will notify you of rejected claims.
This 3D Canada, limited three (3) warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All returns must be shipped to the following address & be sure to include a copy of RMA Form.
